Editing A Client

Editing a new client in RadioPromoHub is just as simple as adding a new client.

  • Login to RadioPromoHub using your favourite browser
  • Select AdminCP from the sidebar (If you do not see AdminCP, you do not have sufficient permissions)
  • Select Client Management from the sub menu. (If you do not see Client Management, you do not have sufficient permissions)
  • Select View All Clients
  • Find the client you wish to edit in the list
  • Click Edit

Make the changes you wish to make.

Duplication Override will check to see if you rename your client to something already in the system, it will push back. Otherwise if you wish to rename the client to the same name as a client already in the system, select "Yes" under Duplication Override.

When you change the name or the account executive for any client, it will automatically change all Creative Requests and Remotes to the new name and rep.

Default Creative Writer: This is the writer that will automatically be assigned to any task for this client. You can change this at any time. (If you do not assign a default writer, you will manually select a writer once a task is created)

Default Producer: This is the producer that will automatically be assigned to any task for this client. You can change this at any time. (If you do not assign a default producer, you will manually select a producer once a task is created)

Current Profile Photo: If there is currently no profile photo selected, click "Choose File" and upload your client's profile photo. If there is currently a profile photo and you wish to replace the existing photo click "Choose File" and upload the new profile photo. This will replace the current profile photo.
